Scoring Adjustment

My only beef with the scoring is that a player does not get credit for return touchdowns or yardage, so why should they be docked 2 points if they muff a punt or fumble on a return?
I think that fumbles on both kick and punt returns should be null and void for all players, unless return touchdowns at the very least are credited.
Thanks
Keet I think this is a very good point. The problem with the fumbles not be included though is on most boxscores they do not distinguish where or how the fumble took place, but rather that the player fumbled.
